For the past twenty-nine years, Joe Brettschneider has run a boutique law firm, devoting himself to the needs of each client in all areas of matrimonial and family law. The majority of his cases are matters of divorce. He is well versed in all aspects of presenting a case on behalf of his clients including trial work; litigation; business and professional license evaluations; expert witnesses; and negotiation. He is also a trained mediator. In 2003, Mr. Brettschneider was selected as a member of his prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. His philosophy is to work closely with each client, to attain his/her goals in the most effective and least costly manner possible. While it is ideal to amicably resolve a case, there are times litigation is necessary in order to achieve the desired results. He has ensured being accessible and compassionate to his clients, and receptive to their input.
